Even though they would never say that, I thought it fit with this image best. That or something a little more cheerful and welcoming, but I found the initial choice amusing.
This gorgeous piece was done from a grab-bag style commission in which the artist chose what style and overall posing/look the completed artwork would be. The fantastic vampireselene13 is the person behind this piece! Though I am reiterating what I said to her when I saw it, she made him look absolutely gorgeous! Not only the posing but the textures in the piece, the way she drew his anatomy (those ears!), the desaturated coloration--it all came together in a brilliant final image. <3
