Wild Rose Hip Creature~
I made this during my study period at college using Photoshop as I wanted to show one of my styles for my portfolio.
The background was a photo I took while I was on my way to the doctor's ages ago, and it was the only purple rose hip that I've seen at the place since the rest were pink, orange, red, yellow and green.
Since the photo reminded me of something you'd see in a fantasy film (or even Alice in Wonderland somehow), I thought I'd add a couple of little fluffy creatures in it :3 One is an adult while the other is a baby/toddler.
The captions are said by two people so it's not coming from the creatures xD
I did different kinds of rose hip creatures including them being a rose hip themselves but I thought this one was personally cute x3
If anyone is wondering how I did the fur effect, I just made splotches, use the smudge tool, preserve opacity, shade on same layer then smudge tool again.
I did a semi-realistic eye tutorial if anyone is interested in trying out but bare in mind there are better tutorials out there, I'm just sharing one of my techniques.

I haven't quite developed them but I could picture them either protecting the rose hips and/or even that's how they were born -- by the seeds inside them. They'd be shy yet curious creatures and might like to collect small objects to make inventions or things for their homes.
