I prefer to run around shocking people.
Unfortunately, we're in dry air season, so it's bound to happen. I would not use an anti static spray and I'm not sure if rubbing it with a dryer sheet would be effective either. I wonder if using an anti static fabric softener in the rinse water would help.
All I can think is the static will go away over time.
