First off, Digital Art! It's the end of the world!!!
Nah totally kidding. But yeah, digital art is somewhat of a rare thing due to me not having my own computer.
So whenever I do get the chance to use someone else's computer, I dabble with MS Paint for a little bit. Yes....this was done in MS Paint.
Well.... what else can I say? A few months ago I commissioned a picture of a genderbent Psypher. So while I was waiting for it I thought..."Hm, I kinda wanna try it myself." And so this is what happened. I never imagined that I would have digitized the sketch but boredom kicked in. Oh well.

Here's what you do. I'm assuming you at least have Windows 7. I don't know where these options are in older versions of MS Paint.
1. Line over your pencil drawing with black line.
2. Select the selection tool (the little dotted line thing box thing)
3. Right click your picture and select "Invert Colors" This should make all white things in your picture black and all black things white.
4. Now open the file menu and select "Properties"
5. Change your settings from "Colors" to "Black and White" and click OK. This has removed all pencil lines and made your drawing a digital lineart.
6. Open "Properties" and change your settings back to "Colors" and re-invert your picture using the Selection Tool.
7. Start coloring
Side note: Make sure you save your picture as a PNG image file.
