Speedpaints (4h): Vertigo!
What's this? A pet portrait? I bet you never thought you'd see the day I tried my hand at these, eh? The wonderful 
vertigo approached me this last round with an order for a portrait of his mom's (absolutely adorable) little dog as a Christmas present! How could I say no? It's oddly rare for me to work straight from photographic reference, but it really turned out to be a great exercise in recreating stuff accurately, and I couldn't be more pleased! This little girl's super precious, isn't she?
I felt that keeping the strokes fairly natural/oily looking kind of fit the theme, so it was painted entirely with the real oils from my Kylebrush pack in PS.
