Most places sell them Gamestop, Walmart, other places.. just check in the action figures section and if you can't find 'em there.. ebay.. :)

to be honest, the engie is the best for certain things. better if you have eureka effect, though. XD
*uses the eureka effect to teleport to his UNLINKED tele exit and ambush some n00bs* XD

Actually you can't play much with this one, is very articulated and incredibly durable but the joints are quite stiff and you might risk to break it if you're not careful.
