Actually,the background is watercolor.The character herself is colored with Prisma markers, and colored pencils.The paper I used is on a type called 'Bristol Vellum.' It's a kind of paper that holds all sorts of mediums!I think the heaviest being watercolor.I hope I helped! >.<'
