Holiday with a Hero Fundraiser Holiday Crawl
So last night there was a "Holiday Crawl" event and my fiance and I went. I decided since it was going to be cold and costumes were encouraged I'd dress up in my fursuit, haha. It was fun! I made Morningdew try to look like Rudolph (unfortunately the bell harness I made last-minute didn't hold up so well...), which led to a lot of confusion with the drunk adults, lol. But there was good music, my fiance got rather drunk off of the drink specials, people were really friendly, and a lot of people kept telling me how much they loved my suit (or, for some, how creepy my suit was XD they either warmed up or were still nice to me though). I handed out mini candy canes, took pictures with people, got hugs from kids and a couple other strangers, and had fun relaxing on my weekend.
Amazing how it was 30 degrees out and I still felt hot! At one point I used my temperature reader to see how how my suit was, and it was a whopping 93 degrees!! IN 30 DEGREE WEATHER!! Now I have to wonder how hot I got on those days I was crazy and suited in 80 degree weather, lol.

Yeah, it's SUPER fun!! I really want to help out with fundraiser stuff, but that would be with my pyrenees head, haha (no blank "scary" eyes, but then he's not a full suit, so....yeah, lol, the trade-off).
And yeah, it was nice being warm (made me wonder if it was actually cold out, but then people would hug me and just say, "Wow, you're so warm!" so I figured I must have just been lucky, lol). But man, at times I got hot. Couldn't go inside anywhere or it was just too much (which is weird, because I've been out on hotter days before). Suits heat up FAST!
And yeah, it was nice being warm (made me wonder if it was actually cold out, but then people would hug me and just say, "Wow, you're so warm!" so I figured I must have just been lucky, lol).
