Done for da-parrot-masta as a reciprocal offering for art he did for me of Cutter Cat. The original characture head on the image was not done by myself. It was art he already had done. He asked me if I could morph a photo of him into a walrus and if I could change his jumpsuit blue. I did draw the flippers and added a little "fish snack" cause I know he has to be hungry working so hard.
