So I never posted this.
Here is my cosplay for The Mangle from Five Nights at Freddy's 2.
I made this costume for San Japan 2015 initially, I started it back in May I believe and completed it right before the convention. It was a lot of on and off work, but I'd consider total work time to be around a month of actually working on it an hour every day or so. Not sure on total work hours. The head is constructed out of upholstery foam, wire, and fleece. The metal looking parts are made from craft foam, everything adhered to a morph suit (bought, didn't make myself). The extra arms on the back are made from wires, attached to me on a backpack which I'm wearing. Not pictured here, I did make costume feet for the costume. I wore this costume to my brother's wedding which was next day from youmacon, so I didn't want to damage them.
At San Japan, along with my roommate who was Foxy, we won Best Walk On Performance for Novice Class. I wore this outfit again at Youmacon 2015, which is where the picture was taken, only attending Friday. I then wore again to my brother's wedding. I hope to attend Pax South wearing this costume, but I can't guarantee anything as of right now. After that, I will most likely be retiring the costume.
I had a lot of fun creating the costume and wearing her, it was my first fursuit experience and I had a lot of fun. Hope to make many more in the future, probably pokemon related!
More pictures of the costume, as well as pictures of its construction, can be found on my artblog: http://tezzyarts.tumblr.com/
