Gomora is arguably the most popular kaiju in the Ultra-franchise, so it was pretty obvious he needed to be included in the series at some point.

...Eh, I don't hate the design, but I can say it was one of the lesser suits of the series (it did look kinda herp-a-derp at times). It's pretty much just a straight-up stylizing of the character. There are things to like, though - he's described as a wetlands animal, and one of the characters compares Gomora to a water buffalo, so I kept that in mind while drawing his horns. :)
