Dada has been growing on me quite a bit. I said before that Telesdon was a sort of anti-Ultraman, but I meant it in a symbolic sense; Dada pretty much is an anti-Ultraman in concept - they have distinct striped patterns, can fly (going off the original, anyway), and can even bond with a human (albeit possessing them with malicious intent). It's kinda like that dynamic of a Jedi vs Sith lord.

While there's nothing wrong with the Powered design, it is fairly basic, and the characterization is kinda bleh, as it's the "oh noes, a computer virus comes to life" cliche. So yeah, it's not the best reimagining of Dada, not while THIS thing exists, but there is still a bit of an unsettling aura about him in the series, so at least he has that going for him.
