Obviously, Faisan really enjoys gorging himself around the holidays- so much food to enjoy, from pudding, fruitcake and pies to croissants and cranberry sauce by the bowlful. It only happens once a year, so why not indulge, and enjoy it as obviously as he does? And the bigger he grows, the more holiday parties he seems to get invited to, with everyone complimenting him on what a fine specimen of pheasant he's growing into, getting to be just the right size with Christmas on the way.
