My first shot at animating. Might have tried to many things moving at once. a few obvious short cuts were used, that would have looked worse if I hand did it every frame I can say. I'm hoping to keep going with this and improve, so would like hearing some feedback. or advice what I should try animating.

Well thank you, yeah and I agree... having seen this in frame by frame honestly I thought it would look way more horrible than it does. But still took me like 5 hours, which was nearly an hour per frame, which just makes me feel like I either have to much of a life for animation, or not enough actual life left to make animation.
For a cycling animation, it's good. No gaps our stutters. If you were going to make this into a action sequence, I would start by lowering the character, and have him spinning the left fist as he pulls back... pauses just a hair, and then cuts loose into an uppercut, with a nice, arcing motion...
Chuck Jones once said you've got 10,000 bad drawing in you. at 24 drawings per second of animation, I'd guess an animator would get them out of their system faster. :)
