same here. first generation Roadrunners are my favorite cars, but I want one just to have one, so a 383 would be enough for me.

What's really disgusting is even clone hemi Road Runners bring six figures.

It's pretty much a blatant copy of one of the original ads. I even gave the model a coat of Mirror Glaze, the stuff they use to put the final shine on real cars.

I like this ad. my only suggestion would be instead of "there is one engine option, the 426 Hemi" I'd put "there is only one engine option, but don't worry, for that extra speed, it's the 426 hemi." (yes, there may not be enough room, I know...)

I've been looking over a collector-car sales magazine (Dupont Registry) and it seems that, due to the "global economic downturn" *lightning and thunder* collector car prices have gone down! I don't know about mopars because there weren't any in that issue, but they should go down too, watch Barrett-Jackson in a couple weeks and dream...

I've noticed a few Mopars go down, but some are ridiculously overpriced now. I found a green '70 Roadrunner with a 383 and a three on the tree, and if I emptied my bank account I could have bought it.
