Psionic Agent Kira Garnee works for an enigmatic anti-terrorism organization that deals exclusively with people who misuse their psionic powers for the detriment of public safety. She works closely with the municipal police force, the Centaurus Center Security Department.

She's a ferlini, a species of felidae-like (specifically smilodontini) people who pride themselves on their shrewdness and shiny white canines!
