A painting I had made in Grade 12.

This was made after I thought about making a picture of some one sliting their own wrist. And from that idea, came this.

The blood signifies life. The rose dying represents broken heart/loss of love. The white butterfly represents hope. And the eye in the wing symbolizes knowledge/wisdom.
Life will always have love, but sometimes it never lasts, and it eventually dies, but if you hold onto hope, and continue on, then you will learn from it, and will gain knowledge and wisdom from the experience. And become a much wiser person from it.
