What happened with his arms?

He is born like that :)
So he use his tail to grab things with.

Cool, I think that's pretty adorable. Can you explain some more about how he copes with his disability and what sort of things he needs helps with and how he goes about getting that help?

Well He mostly want to do the things himself, but he cannot
lift heavy thing with his tail(so he need help for that)
But he can use a backpack to carry heavy stuff.

He cannot drive, so he call his friend or take the public transport

He has extremely strong legs and he is flexible.
And he can put on clothes himself.

He can cook for himself, though he might take
a little longer, since he use his tail.
