I can feel the frustration getting over him. But, still, I don't think the best moment to hold someone's hand would be when you are wearing such a load of stuffs on your body XD
And one thing to point at, I think it is better to say "what it is like". But, the other way works too :)

Awoops! that is one of the grand daddys of all fuck ups there! Sad that poor Razor had worked himself up to that point, being upset about your best friend and love intrest taken by someone you trust and care about to find out that they're not taking them seriously, trying to move on with the challenge of not knowing who maybe both gay and intrested whom he'd be intrested in return (we all have are preferences and should not just settle for what we can) and not to mention the stress of saving a city on a weekly bases, to have your best friend ditch you for a booty call, then to go on an unintentional 'date' only to let something so important slip. The stress and frustration must be really wereing him down.
I'm terrible for saying this but I'm loving every minute of this. I LOVE to see my favorite characters struggle like this, gives them depth and I can't wait to see how this plays out seeing as Razor is the more sensitive of the two swat kats. I BELIEVE IN YOU RAZOR DON'T GIVE UP!

:3 Glad you noticed how complicated this for Jake is. Been dragged between Chance and Al, frustrated and exhausted from that long day, ended up on this date-not-date thing. Then the missed call from Chance and the hand touching gave him the rest. Maybe you noticed Razors face expression in the first middle panel: These are not typical for him, but they are characteristic for Jake. He mixed up his roles and dropped his guard.
And yes, "just prefering" a gender is not equivalent to a person. But we´ll see about that

Jake even though hes throwing a stress induced fit is unknowingly making himself very vulnerable at the moment, heros are to be collected and cool and in control but to see him letting his guard down then not try to play it off shows just how much jake has come to trust Al even if he doesn't see it that way, anything can happen now jake, I still believe in you! (*snorts and giggles* its like I can talk (or in this case) shout at my favorite character in the comic) 😹
