Don't worry, the blood is actually fake. This was for a special training session my crew did, The scenario was that our truck had been run off the road and hit a tree with all 4 on board the truck hurt, my injuries were the worst. Our secondary crew came across our "wreckage" and it was their job to take control of the situation. There was a catch with me. The moment a member of the secondary crew made contact with me, at least one member had to stay with me to monitor my injuries. If they left me, I started counting to 60, if I reach 30 (which I ended up hitting) I pass out and lose consciousness, if I hit 60, I die and the crew needs to revive me. I ended up "dying" and watching how our crew dealt with the situation. I must say that they did pretty well.

We have a member of our brigade that does special event make up so that is how the fake blood and cut was done. Our first aid courses go all out with blood packs and all. I have never posed for a photo with a truck so this was my chance to get one with the smaller truck, at least.
