Ok, um...so 
sirkain asked for a pic of his Eevee alter ego, Eric (who I drew the ref sheet of!), to be interacting with a character of my choice.
Logically, with Eric here being a Pokemon, I thought of offering up my own 'morphs...and one thing left to another and this pic happened. This was asked for (and technically started) around Halloween time, but of course I only now uploaded it to my gallery because Reasons.
Random costume/cosplay ideas are random (well, save for Nigel's due to Other Reasons)
