It might not be his choice to have a stomach so full of cream it could be used (arguably) as a yoga ball. Albeit a much heavier version than normal. But as his stomach weighed down on the rest of his body, smooshing against his legs and restricting his breath he was glad for the cushions beneath him. Who-ever was turning him into a literal lard ball was at least nice enough to make sure he was comfortable whilst it happened.
