Commission inks for  zantor64 which is a pretty great d-list 70's sci-fi bad guy name, he's even got a zoopy looking ray gun! I think the villains usually wore shirts and weren't cute animal people so maybe he was just never cut out for this business. That's probably why he lives in the desert and can't afford a whole outfit. If the ray gun isn't just a prop maybe he can rob some people and become a Lombax criminal.
