Woooh boy this took awhile.
This is the most detailed personal piece I've made in a loong time, and I originally didn't intend to do so much with it.
I wanted to try my hand at painting an angel. I had some pretty specific ideas in mind and it was super fun putting them in a painting. I wanted something otherworldly but still attractive to the eye. Not sure if this fits that, but I'm happy with it. It was also super nice to paint this on stream too.
This was incredibly relaxing to work on, even though it was quite a bit of work.

Oh no I just about had a heart attack from the thumbnail. I'm so happy you drew an angel! I have to say, I really love how it looks a little like an insect; it makes it look more realistic while still retaining those otherworldly aspects. And I just love that toothy collar around the neck and shoulders!
