TOS "Tomorrow Is Yesterday" - The NCC-1701 goes back to 1969...and gets intercepted by an F-104 that is presumably armed with AIR-2 Genie nuclear-tipped rockets.

Yeah, it wouldn't have been so big of a deal had it had functional shields at the time (they were down due to assorted damage from a near miss with a black hole), but still, release of nuclear weapons could have had unpleasant implications.
