I think he's refering to to S4-S7.
While Simon refered to him as Mr. Suzuhara, if you check to key words "Saito" is right there. And if you think about it, S 4 = S aito while S 7 = S uzuhara... it makes a lot of sense.
I can only assume his previously human name was too long for the Immortal usernames or something.

Hmm... not much to say to this page, story wise. Though I feel mascot is just a cover story.

To address the artistic concerns in the description, she looks just fine on this page and in the fourth panel of the previous page. In the second panel of the previous page... her chest feels a little too big. I mean, I can tell it's intended to be perspective, but she's smaller than a normal adult so when I look at it my mind either stretcher her mid torso out like taffy or give her hulking shoulders like she has the perfect V profile at age ten... and as a girl no less.

But yeah... that's kind of running into the verbose problem with artistic critic. You can find a million words to describe how something's wrong, but describing how it's good just sums up to "it's good" since overall being "good" mostly deals with it not being subconsciously rejected by your brain. Overall, Sei is looking fine.
