Lind Averi-Tok is a weathered mercenary with a penchant for violence and money, and getting his pack of misfits into trouble. He is actually former royalty, although this is a fact he rarely shares since that was a lifetime ago.

The protrusions on his forearms are retractable, but those on his elbows are not. The vertical lines on his face absorb light and color, while the membrane on his forehead absorbs vibrations, allowing for his sight. He smells through his tongue, similar to a lizard. His mouth is actually four sections, and all open into a huge maw. He doesn't eat this way, but this is often used to scare the shit out of people.
