One drawback of living in an apartment building is that you are constantly forced to move becuase you keep bludgeoning people in the stairwell because they wont keep their fucking mouths shut. That might not be a problem for everyone.

It only counts as terrorist activity if you do it to target a group or race, if you do it due to personal issues, its just considered harassment. I know that because reasons.
