An unusual breed of creature in Tartarus, thought to be a fragment of a god known as Lister. They can be tamed and kept as pets, and feed be hypnotizing prey and feeding on their life force using their eyes. This has led to many of Tartarus' law enforcement using them as "police dogs" as they can subdue criminals quickly and humanely.
