This is number one in the Dream of Fire series I'm painting. My friend, and old roomate, is in an amazing band called Dream of Fire ( http://www.myspace.com/dreamoffiremusic ) And I've decided to make portraits, and scenes for some of their songs. Dream of Fire's songs are very narrative, and each one tells a story, which makes it fun to paint to them.

This is for their song titled "Bloodline" and I'm not sure why i chose this scene, it's not a very crucial part of the story, but this was also kind of like a "trial run" to see how to start. NOTE: alot of this picture was cut off, ex the rest of the wall, and the burning farm house in the corner.

I may not do the rest of the series furry- sorry guys. It just doesn't fit their style. I might do a more abstract approach on the figures.
