A while ago, on Ongoing Worlds, I was on a Watchmen kick. Just in love with the idea of outcast superheroes. So, I decided to develop one. Through some pretty generic and bad ideas, I found one good one that stuck, Steam Punk. While he didn't get developed a lot due to the prospect game tanking before it launched, he sure as hell made a bad ass looking dude.
