Philomène is my fourth fursuit and my first fullsuit. She is based on my real cat Philomène, who I adopted from the Animal Rescue Network. The poor thing spent 6 long years at the shelter before she finally found a home. Philo is such a fun, playful and crazy little kitty, I just couldn't resist turning her into a fursuit.
Philo is now the official Animal Rescue Network mascot and it's always a pleasure for me to take her to fundraising events and information stands when I'm available. Her story is inspiring and she has a huge success with children of every age.
I've made a few mistakes in building her and I'll probably have to make a version 2 sooner or later, but in the meantime she's the fursuit I wear the most and am most famous for.

Me neither, that's why I build them instead of buying them. Much MUCH cheaper.
I'm currently working on a Caribou but it's a slow process specially now that I have built all I could with the leftovers I had and I'll need to buy more fur to finish it. I'm gathering some funds just for that. I would've loved to have it ready for the holidays, but it'll be there for next year.

Philo loves to cuddle and sleep on our laps, but she hates to be held. Soemday I'll sit on the sofa in suit and just wait for her to come for cuddles to take a picture. ;)
