A sentry that guards one of the many entrances to the species' underground civilizations, and an expert at navigating the twisting catacombs that link the many communal chambers of their dwelling. He has a rather solid relationship with his maw as it has served as his only means of company on the long, dry days manning his post. He'd like to consider himself a courageous individual full of valor, but he proves to be rather meek in the face of real danger. As a trademark of the species his hoodless cowl covers his regular mouth.
He refers to his maw as Thrasius.
Thrasius is displeased with the fact Cenric insists on wearing the heavy iron bleastplate that covers and muffles him, but given the only thing standing in the way of his vital organs is a thin layer of muscle it is understandable. At times he can be rather brash when speaking, preferring not to beat around the bush, and often blerts his parent-body's thoughts if they are intense at the time which often time gets them both in a heap of trouble.

Mawlings are a closed species created by my girlfriend  FaunPrincess . She drew the lineart, and i colored the critter and the background.
