I have always... Always! Wanted a blood naga! They reminded me a bit of my vampire angel naga, Deimos but with so much more coolness to them. <3
For his base power he can draw power from the stars. But I am yet to think on his secondary weaker ability. He probably won't be too experienced at using his skills anyway.
