So yeah. TheLeonard and I played Undertale some time ago and really enjoyed it. I personally loved it and played through the game several times, enjoying every path you could take. Maybe I enjoyed the genocide run bit too much, though :D
Well anyway! Undertale references became kind of an inside joke and Rhos was so kind to draw this.
It just turned out so friggin awesome and I feel as if my dragon's face looks exceptionally good on this.
For those who wonder, Leonard is holding a savepoint in his hand. Maybe he stole it from Tarkus' lair and he just wants it back? Anyway... "Spare" does not seem to work on this one... At least it might be really hard to unlock it, after what Leonard has done.

I enjoyed Undertale a lot. You should give it a try. It's not a huge commitment (Quite short, but not very expensive) and granted, it's kinda hyped, but well... at least the hype came after the release of the game and not before it. *Looks at games like Fallout 4*
