Introducing Akahana, Kurama's to be mate in the story I am writing. I figured it was about time to get her out since she will be appearing in the story sometime soon. After her will be their three pups which I will do all at once.

And NO, I have not forgotten about all the crap I owe everyone, I'm slowly working on those but during November my mind has been on school and working on my novel for NANOWRIMO.

Akahana was bred from Akita's not native to Wutai, thus her not having the same type of markings that Kurama and his family would have as their breed originated in Wutai. Hojo bought Akahana in hopes that he could get Kurama to breed with her and create more dogs eligible to join SOLDIER as he could use them as experiments to try and make them stronger and more "Super SOLDIER" like, like Sephiroth.

At first Kurama is hesitant to even be around her, but eventually instincts take over and he breeds with her. Together they have three pups, a male and two females, and Kurama eventually teaches his pups how to fight like him and the family(minus Akahana as Hojo refuses to let her be anything but a breeding dog) form a small squad that Zack takes over on missions as he has the best relationship with the dogs.
