So this is just a simple lionfish lizardman tribal steampunk warrior guy. He has been a character of mine for a few years now, but I have never had a chance to get artwork of him before. Finally this has happened!
It's a bit interesting how the design of this character came to be. Credit for the character actually goes to
artslave. Several years ago she was on a roll building scaley fursuits and long-story-short, offered to take on a suit for me where she had great artistic freedom to design him how she wanted. We agreed on a basic colour, and that it would based on a lionfish, (and that it would be epic,) and off she went and made this insanely detailed amazing fursuit. Unfortunately the suit has only been out once so far, which was at this past BLFC, but it will get out more

I can't wait to get some more art done with this guy. Jathiros certainly outdid himself with this ref sheet! Perhaps my next piece of art will be a simplified cartoony ref that artists will actually want to draw =p
