Yeah that sketch from like five months ago, I (sort of) finished it.
Francis Hunter is a pretty important character, but I don’t draw or talk about him much since he’s important after the events of the main story. Which I may never get to, so I don’t usually talk about it much.

He’s Gem and Eden’s test tube baby that they have once they settle down and get bored. Having a kid in Limbo is a risky and tedious business since everyone in Limbo is sterile. Adoption isn’t really a thing that’s allowed since it would take a mortal kid out of their dimension, and that is not really something they can allow. So the only viable way to have a kid is mixing genetics in a lab and hoping something comes up. However most attempts fail and infant mortality is very high. Reapers were never meant to have children.
Reaper kids can become immortal later in life after going through rigorous schooling, however any scars and changes to the body before that happens will become permanent after the child becomes immortal. This includes the fact that Hunter dyes his hair blonde.

Hunter as a kid is quiet and easily stressed. He’ll usually sit and do his work while anger and frustration slowly grows until he lets it all out in a violent burst. He ends up getting into multiple fights with other students due to malicious rumors about his family. This leaves him permanently scarred later as an adult, he’s also prone to losing teeth, but since he is his mother’s child, he grows them back rather quickly.
As an adult he’s much more confident and outspoken, but still has a tendency to stay calm until something pushes him over the edge. though he’s a bit less violent about it as an adult. He also becomes far more confident in his body as an adult and less worried about what others think about his family.
However having his mother’s tendency to have bursts of confidence and a showoff nature, alongside his father’s odd genetics and constant worry leads to many moments of severe self doubt and mood swings.

He is very not human, but I still haven’t decided what his monster form will be like yet. Being Gem and Eden’s kid means his body probably is royally fucked.
