Another Flight Rising commission done! :D

This one is for Belegorn, of their beautiful dragon Eruthor.
I'll admit, I had WAY too much fun with this. I tried out a new shading technique (which I am in LOVE with), and I got GIMP to work again so I can do the whole viewing perspective thing! Yaaaay!!
Hope you guys like it; I'd gladly accept any tips on how I can improve my art~
