For those of you that don't know, I've done a three-book story in Pokeumans series (pokeumans.deviantart.com), originally created by :iiconpokemonmanic3595: . It tells the tale of our world, only humans are beginning to change into Pokemon and are either hidden away or kidnapped and used as weapons. The Story of Cubone tells the tale of the life of one of these kids. I HIGHLY encourage you to read at least a bit of it before reading this comic. Links can be found here:

I was originally going to make this comic a simple flat color comic, but I decided "Fuck it. I'm going all out on this." I hope the extra time has been worth it.

The concept that this is leading to has actually been something I've had in mind since the early part of Book II (psst: http://ryusuta.deviantart.com/galle.....s-in-the-Night ). I've wanted to implement it for awhile, but wasn't sure how. All I knew is that I wanted it to be memorable in a good way. Will it be? Well, stay tuned for pages 2 and 3!
