This is Iras uniform for becoming Envy for the Soul Akuma's.

When with these people she is a lot colder and harsher, though she's doing it to make a difference for her family, who are treated like dirt. There shouldn't be any social statues. This Ira is more in touch with her demon half and she won't be afraid to kill
