The Ceremony - Commission for Karmakat
Karmakat at his shaman wedding ceremony marrying his husky Massak in an icy chapel, while his friends Lukwos and Joe Kohler watch him, happy but a little teary eyed - literally a magical event.The ribbons around their hands are part of the so called "handfasting", as part of the ceremony, symbolizing their vows of being connected with each other.
I must say this was quite a departure from my usual topics, but fun nontheless. The concepts, especially the handfasting part was very new to me and drawing wise I got to try out ice structures for the first time.
I think it came out pretty neat. ;3
