This is the top of the boiler on a horse-drawn pump wagon on display in the Kansas Firefighters Museum, Wichita, Kansas. The pumper was put into service by the Wichita Fire Department in 1902. A coal-fired steam engine drove the pump. It was fired up as recently as 2006 for a parade.
