A mysterious outfit he wear somehow mind-controling him in thinking he's a sylveon. His personality has changed into a cheerful, bouncy and girly, as well as his voice, feminine and high-pitch. The dress has affected his skin pigmentation, making cute symbols such as bow or hearts (a cutie mark shown as feral) There's no source of where the outfit came from or who gave it to him.
Jade or Samantha maybe responsible for his change!! Is it a plan? Who knows!!
