Rotini (you can use whatever you want)
1/2 lb of Beef.
1/2 can diced tomato
1/2 can tomato sauce
1 stalk Celery
1/4 Onion
Mushrooms
Mayo
Sriracha
Start by browning the beef in a pan with onions, garlic(optional), salt, pepper, mushroom and celery.
Once browned add ample sriracha and mayo, stir to coat, cook for 1-2 minutes.
Once coated, add into the pan the diced tomatoes, tomatoes.
Simmer together, taste for salt. About 10 minutes.
Once simmered together add your cooked pasta (cook the pasta to be al dente)and then cook in pan for 2-3 minutes to really bring those flavours together. When you're done you can serve with a nice potato bun.
