Oliver Hoovis is the driver of a night time food truck. He's a rather large owl with a rather prodigious gut - that's how you know how tasty his food is! He's a rather nice individual who cares about his customers and makes a point of getting to know them.
That said, he doesn't put up with shitty customers - and if they go out of their way to make his life hell he has a tendancy to add them to his waistline - They're more useful there anyway.
