Ethan is very serious when it comes to his work. He is very kind, though is wary around demons he isn't familiar with.
He used to hate and distrust all demons until he met one named Odyssey that told him the truth about demons, that not all of them were evil and loyal to Lucifer, and that ended up completely captivating him and winning over his heart.

Ethan doesn't fool around or talk much at work, not really making many friends because he's too busy focusing on his tasks and takes everything as seriously as he can. Odyssey wants him to break this habit and convinced him to talk more, and Ethan has made a few friends at work since then. He's very respected and known in his work for being an elite, and one of the best young exorcists they've seen.

He is very protective and somewhat strict, and even sometimes paranoid, and as a habit since he was a child following a disaster involving a demon killing his parents, always keep his cross around his neck and holy water handy, even when he's sleeping.
