The next character in the PCA's Team Elites lineup is Gex the Treecko!

Name: Gex the Treecko
Bio: An orphan who has mostly spent his time out in the streets. Despite his innocent apperance, he has found his way to living off his own wits and might. He has befriended Jolt and Jaul ever for as long as he was able to speak. He came to learn about the Pokémon Combat Academy that the two have gone to join, so like a shadow behind them he followed the boys to that academy and when he got caught, he decided to join the expanding team.
