Named her Mangle and she doesn't really have a 'gender' and doesn't understand the concept of it, also responds to 'he' or 'they' pronouns but never to 'it'.

So anways she's a Predacon and I'm THINKING that maybe Starscream tried to make them in his image but along the way something went wrong and the project was mangled (hence the name) but yanno idk
