Well compared to the intuos it has the same pressure sensitivity. The screen adds a huge advantage in my opinion but I know people who don't like the cintiq 13HD either because their hand gets in the way or the screen is too small. it's really a personal preference for me now. I've really liked it and have had it for a bit over a year
